Bodhi
The Bodhi is a powerful suspension training system that stimulates the deep muscular support systems in the body to create integrated, functional and fluid movement. Its 4 points of suspension create an environment where balance, strength and flexibility work together to create a more active, more alive exercise experience. All your stabilizing muscles work and not just the big strong muscles that we usually rely on. This quick paced class will get your heart pumping!
Pilates Mat Foundations
Pilates is all about changing the body from the inside out. If you have always wanted to try a Pilates Mat class but could not commit to our twice a week requirement, our Pilates Foundations class would be great for you. This class is also for those Pilates aficionados who would like to refine their fundamentals in order to execute their more advanced work better.
Focusing on Joe Pilates’ concept that the “health of the spine dictates the health of the body”, this class brings freedom to a spine that has been unhealthy, brings posture to a skeleton that has been compromised from years of sitting or old injuries that were never properly healed. Your biomechanics will change by what you learn in this class and all of your activities of daily living will be executed with more ease and efficiency, leaving you full of energy, with less pain, improving your quality of life while gaining a solid understanding of Pilates and its amazing benefits.
Pilates Mat Mix
Get ready to mix it up on the mat with us! Your body will start to move with more ease as you learn the most basic Pilates concept – that the health of your body starts with the health of your spine. Your activities of daily living will be done with more intention and purpose and you will learn the true meaning of posture and core strength. Though the movements in this class are subtle, they will yield huge returns to your energy levels!
Note: This class would not be appropriate for bodies with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bulging discs, herniated discs, or osteoporosis.
Essentrics
This 50 minute class consists of a dynamic full body workout that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening. This class will create lean muscles, improve posture, strengthens the core and will reduce the size of your hips and thighs.
ESSENTRICS® Aging Backwards
This 50 min class is an age reversing workout that will restore movement in your joints, flexibility in your muscles, relieve pain, and stimulate your cells to increase energy, vibrancy and your immune system. A slow-paced, full body workout created by the author of Forever Painless and the New York Times bestseller, Aging Backwards.
CoreAlign Foundations
If you have wanted to try our popular CoreAlign® classes but could not commit to our once a week requirement, our CoreAlign Foundations class would be great for you. Easy-to-learn exercises on the CoreAlign emphasize an upright posture and are designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement. Stand taller and move more efficiently. Your core will get stronger.
The CoreAlign creates an environment for your body that will work to ‘undo’ patterns and habits (or old injures that have never been totally fixed) that are starting to cause issues in our activities of daily living. It is great for people with knee and hip issues, SI joint issues and for people who want to stand taller to combat today’s ‘tech neck syndrome’.
MOTR (Movement On The Roller)
MOTR is a dynamic and engaging workout that blends resistance training, Pilates and functional movements. This full-body workout is designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels. Discover the versatility of the MOTR as you roll, stretch, with that balance of release exercises on a foam roller and strengthen your way to a more resilient and agile body.
Pilates Chair Foundations
Our 50 minute class is the perfect introduction to the magic of movement on the Pilates Chair. Basic exercises that work on improving spinal mobility, joint range of motion and balance are the focus of this class. The resistance from the springs on the Pilates Chair will offer you a supportive environment in which to improve your overall strength. The pace is perfect for someone who is new to Pilates and/or new to the Pilates Chair.
Pilates Athletic Chair
The Chair is the smallest, most athletic piece of Pilates equipment there is. Think you have the lunge mastered….think again; push ups……get ready experience total body effort. Our Chair class takes classic gym-based movements and challenges you in ways you have never felt before. This class is designed to be safe for all client levels (but is not appropriate for someone who is pregnant, has osteoporosis, disc issues or low back dysfunction). Your instructor will offer options for movements based on your experience with the Chair. This class has a quicker pace than our Group Equipment Foundations class, the pace of Pilates Athletic Chair is comparable to how our Group Equipment Mix class feels. See you in class for 50 minutes of awesomeness!
Beginner Core Align
Pilates Barre
Our Pilates Barre class will have your buns burning, legs shaking, arms quivering, heart pumping, and endorphins flowing! Throughout our 50 minute class we’ve incorporated some of our favourite Pilates movements into the mix so you’ll come out of your class feeling invigorated, sweaty and challenged by what you can achieve. You will be at the barre, in the centre of the room and on the floor! We would love for all bodies to be in this class; however those with osteoporosis, arthritis conditions, disc or knee issues would be best advised to choose another one of our amazing classes.
Pilates Barre Foundations
This dynamic and low-impact workout effortlessly combines Pilates principles with barre exercises. Designed to learn the foundations of both. Focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility and enhancing overall body awareness. Experience a perfect blend of controlled movements, graceful postures and targeted muscle engagement. Whether you’re new to Pilates or seeking a gentle introduction to barre. Join us for a session that promotes balance, alignment and a sense of accomplishment

GUYS’ Class
Did you know that Pilates was originally designed for men by Joseph Pilates? We are paying homage to these humble beginnings by offering our newly designed Guy’s Class! Our 50 minute class is a perfect form of exercise for guys because it will emphasize the integrative nature of movement, flexibility, core strength, balance, joint health and overall posture improvement.
Restorative Pilates
Restorative Pilates combines gentle Pilates exercises with fascia releasing using pinky balls, foam rollers, dowels, therabands, and other therapeutic tools. We’ve also incorporated education on biomechanics, physiology and natural movement to help you move individual body parts more so you can be less static and more dynamic in your movement. This is a great class to learn and explore different ranges of motion you’ve maybe never had or felt before!
