  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Eligible Items

  • Perishable items, such as food or consumable products, cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.

3. Returns Process

Not happy? Please visit us at the studio within 30 days of your purchase date to request a return.

4. Shipping Costs

  • All items must be returned at the studio.

Refunds

If the return is approved, we will process your refund back to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange your clothing for a different size, visit us at the studio to get something that fits you perfectly!

7. Damaged or Defective Items
We hope this never happens, but if you received damaged or defective merchandise, please visit us to make an exchange.
